My dads been looking at land and he came up with one thats 48 acres.
huge lot, lots of forests, lots of flat land, and a pond.
its so big that you'd need dirt bikes, doon buggies etc to get around. House is nice, nice kitchen, a little smaller than our house now, but not too bad if you finished the basement.
Whats the problem?

both my mom and sister hate it, cause the stairs are in a wierd spot. so my dads like "ok we'll move the stairs."
"YOU CANT MOVE STAIRS, ITS IMPOSSIBLE. THE HOUSE IS STUPID"
so now my dads trying to come up with plans for renevations to suit their needs.
