Hi guys,
been working on a new remix the past few days for Abora Recordings. The original is a prog tune and i have remixed it into a smashing trancer. Its not completely finished yet, made it through headphones cause i wasnt at my room with monitors ,so have to do a proper mix down yet. The rest is pretty finished!

Wow, that sub bass is way too deep.
The track seems to carry too much compression as well, a lot of elements sound cramped in there.
Main lead sounds cool, very epic. But it's hard to hear with all that bass. You're definitely right if you say the mix needs to be sorted out.
This track has a lot of potential though, lovely harmony. |

It has a good driving... good synths... powerful kick.... everything seems good so far....
Breakdown is great... nice pads...
Kick comes back... not bad.... but i would a nice lead in there to make a cool melody...

Hey mate,
Love the remix, it sounds great. Especially the melody, which I guess is kudos for the original song (haven't heard it) but your synth choice makes it really shine.
I didn't think much of the intro though - there's not much of a groove going with that bassline - the rhythm all seems a little random until around 1:44 mark.
Nice mixing + production all up though, definitely like the fx.
My last comment is a completely personal issue and I'm sure many will disagree. There's almost 2 full minutes of breakdown - 2:30 to 4:24. Then you get to dance for a full 42 seconds (until 5:16) and it's breakdown time again. Hope I never hear this on the dancefloor!
