Here's a track I've been working lately. It's quite energetic and melodic..hopefully :D
It's still work under progress so any suggestions would be much appreciated. It's missing some sounds I'm going to add but I have to make room for them in the mix as it is quite messy atm.
Once again, I'd love to hear if it sounds like something you've heard earlier. :p

Nice strong kick here. Here's my two cents mate.
General:
Bass of course, is pretty driving has a nice rolling feel to it. My main thing is that i think it should have more presence, perhaps layering it with a snappier bass on top to get that monster running feel. The break feels kind of empty in my opinion it needs a bit more elements. Melody is very beautiful, I like the simplicity yet hook to it. It's very powerful. You need some nice percussion elements with some reeverb to fill anything that feels empty. Of course it's not a finished piece, but it's sounding extremely good.Hopefulyl we will be hearing more it in the time to come- CRIS |

Cris, I like your ideas. I'll certainly try the things you suggested.
I've been working on the track today, mostly on the arrangement to build some more interest in it.
I'm not sure how long it's going to take but if you'd like you can surely hear the finished version too when it's done. :) |

| Wow, this has got a Super8 feel to the synths that I'm really nuts about. Awesome melody and chord progression. Not much more to say really, finish it off! Get those percs cranking and let us know when there is an update :) |

| Hey! Nice work. I like the driving feel in the beginning. I feel like it loses some energy when it comes back from the break at 1:23. Also, the bass seems way too quiet. I can barely hear it. I would turn the pad down just a bit as well. Overall its a nice track. I like the melodies and the synths. I look forward to hearing the finished version. |
