Read this today and thought it was funny. I like J00F personally but in previous years when he made the cut he'd write about how important it is and when I booked him his agent was saying how they want to get him in the Top 10. He makes valid points but the points he makes were valid 4 years ago when he was present in the poll... I wonder if he'd be saying the same thing if he was in the Top 10 this year??

| i still think the poll is en stupid "Come October and there's one thing that shakes up the whole clubbing community. Yes the DJ magazine top 100 DJ poll results" how big is the clubbing community world wide .... and the poll was decided by 270 000 voters witch don't speak for the whole clubbing community so obviously ppl are gonna disagree |

Fleming is easily Top 5 in my books.
True fans of the music know the poll is bull....and they are the ones buying releases/tickets anyhow. DJs with any kind of a fanbase have nothing to worry about. It is these "out of nowhere" ranked DJ's that had better throw down some preemo sets to some large crowds if they expect to rank next year (and keep a steady gig as a DJ). |
