Best Mixes You've Heard on Here?

I was just thinking about this the other day. For how frequently I find myself dissappointed in mix cds I have bought, I am starting to believe I am better off just downloading the free and the, at times, spectacular mixes that are on this board.

That being said, every day there are about 10 or so new mixes posted, making it tough to sift through those who have put together truly great mixes. I know I have probably missed out on some really good mixes because of this.

So, in hopes of easing that process, what are a few of your all-time favorite mixes that have been posted on here. Please post links.

Coded Audio- First Winter Link
Really the best chill-out mix I have heard on here, or nearly anywhere else for that matter. Very cinematic, great mood.

Rob Turner- Centrum Link
Really fun stuff, with a masterful build up to some truly sick tracks at the peak.

Hope this catches on.

I love most of djx2's mixes, but I still LOVE his July 2006 Trance mixes. I think they were the first ones I downloaded from this forum.

Clovis's stuff is really good too, I'm a big fan of Drop Deep and Red Line.

I've listened to part of that Rob Turner mix but I haven't had time to make it all the way through it. What I heard was good though :)

One by DJ Koolaide is hammered...

And the Epic 30 minute hotmix by DJ Mikey Mike.

Lots of good one's, but these 2 stood out for me.
Allied Nations
RJT - Centrum

Az's mixes
JakeC
Altered Perception.

Cant remeber who its by. but it gets 12 out of 10 from me and my speakers.

You guys are breaking my balls. How about some links?
justin
my favorites would have to be all of Magnus's Psy sets.
pulsardj's tribute to platipus mix.
that one dj with all the tribute mixes, I think his name is MDMA or something to that degree.
lets see who else...
RJT
Well, here are the links I posted in the TA DJ Appreciation thread in MD, definitely some of my favorites on here:

Clovis - Red Line

* Probably the kids best work so far... Also one that's getting more and more listens each week.

Stu Cox - Never Enough

* Short (30 Min) tech/breaks madness... Reminded me a LOT of Ricky Ryan's Guest Mix on Kiss 100 for some reason, not in sound, but just really banging, quickly mixed nastiness.

Allied Nations - Elvissa

* Pure Ibiza inspired chillout.

Metatron - Incalescent

* Download the full length version, worth every minute...

Also:

* Montana's "4 Phases..." dub set

There are others, these are all pretty recent but still great. As far as some of the more "classic" sets from on here, hmmmm... may have to go digging!
montana
hmm, right off the bat like this, well, more or less,

Stu Cox - Notice Your Ears
Amazing 3deck techno mix. still pop this one once a while

Allied Nations - Last Summer In Bombay
really like this one, great trackselection

DJ Slade - Flirting In The Rearview Mirror
i still wish i have this, great house mix, starts out deep and then ends on some good prog.

Psy-T - ?
Forgot the name of it but it's the one he did before he got taken by the militarypolice for refusing to do his militaryservice
great techno mix, very spot on tracklist & very driving. i need to find the cdr i have this one on

Sand Leaper - Over Ambition Ain't to Me (Part 1 & 2)
great stuff, part 2 gets more whirls than 1 but both are well good.

DJ Mark Hills - Distant Dreams
as far as trancy breaks goes, this is one of the best mixes ever put up here. good mixing and good tunes on it. also one of the few place you could hear the Wrecked Angle Remix of Bloodlock.

Sand Leaper's Ambient Adventures vol.1 31.01.05
i love this one, great ambient mix.

Haak - December Mix
great lengthy mix, good mischmash of techno, bleepyness, acid, and ambientum

Max Thomson - April 2005 Promo
max is one of those guys that posted alot of great sets here, i think this is one of my favs because some of the tunes on it. but he's great

Jake J - Fall 05 Bonus Mix
jake is a solid mixer, and has a good trackselection, but it's this one where he uses his cdj's & and using abelton to work in some nice filmsamples & and doing a kickass intro which is one my favs from him

Mark Asbrey - This is what you should be listening to
ing awesome mix, has some new tracks and some absolute beasts in it.

also

Omid R - My Choices
omid only posted this in the swedish section, but what a great mix, it's not a beatmixed thing, i think omid said in his post that he was sick of rearranging the winamp playlist, so he just played the tracks in order and then added some extra stuff, like some some overlayering in one of tracks and some extra stringsthing in another track.
MoN-SooN
I have (or listened) to nearly 100 mixes from here. I can point some of these which got my attention for more than regular 1-2 listens.

Stu Cox - Whipped Cream
http://www.tranceaddict.com/forums/...t=whipped+cream
It's Stu, so you can expect a techy approach, and yes... you're right :) I consider it great tech-trance set for a regular trancer.

Metatron - Incalescent
http://www.tranceaddict.com/forums/...hlight=Metatron
Probably the best Jason's set, tells much about his style, great show off. Metatron's individual progressive touch is very addictive (I know several guys who went entirely into progressive after listening to Jason's efforts :D)

JohnPaullino - Transitional Memory
http://www.tranceaddict.com/forums/...sitional+memory
Awesome mellow climate throughout the mix. Perfect for sitting alone in the locked room, contemplating.

All the Global Excursion series from TA members

Always provide highest class technical efforts, simply because every dj wants to stand in the front line :)
