OK, seriously annoying development with the Desyn/JvM @ Cielo party. The party isn't starting until 12:30 or 1, because there's some other party booked beforehand.
Two huge DJs who even if they started at 10 wouldn't get enough time apiece with Cielo closing at 4 get put off until 1 AM for this ing .
And I'm sorry, with a party name and flyer like that, what's the leftover crowd going to be like if they don't kick everyone out at 12, 12:30, or 1 (:conf: dunno which one it is, because there's 3 conflicting times between the two threads in the calendar)?
I'm seriously re-considering this party and Duvet is looking much more attractive. |

how much is Cielo ? its really not worth it if the first party ends at 1am and if they do close at 4 on the dot.... |

$20, no guestlists, no advanced tickets, either, so you could get stuck outside anyhow :whip:
Working until at least midnight tonight didn't piss me off nearly as much as just finding this out did. I figured Desyn would open @ 10, play for 2-3 hours, then we'd get 3-4 hours of Jimmy. Guess that idea's out the ing window. |

You can't do both. The Duvet party has two other guys opening, so even if you went, you'd miss Tommie Sunshie and Richard Fearless, who are the reasons I'd go because I haven't heard anything from the other two. And even if you could, it'd be $40 cover each for barosoap and I, which isn't happening.
And I'm not interested in Pacha. They didn't do much for me back in May, I was just throwing it out there to spark debate. |
