first of all, loco dice is one of my fave djs in teh universe but also now that mandy has been confirmed, YEEHAW!!!!!!!!!
on a side note, i'm really not liking the fact that made events now has a ing monopoly on the club scene in new york. mostly because they burn many a pocket (as is always my principal grief). i wish robots was bringing mandy and locodice...plus bc i like the robots crowds better.... and on that note, i guess i'm buying the $30 combo pack if anything.. gotta save teh bux when u can... |

from what it sounds like from reading reviews here and on a few other boards, literally EVERYONE was drunk or tripping though haha... you gotta understand the type of parties the Shelter staff/promoters are used to week in and week out; their typical deep house Saturdays (with Timmy R) crowd is all a lot older than whoever went to the Made parties, so theyve all been there and done that, and have the approach and biases to you guys like many of you have to the 18+ parties (staff and Shelter crowd, probably as well), just my theory... keep in mind that it probably was just the bouncers that were affiliated with the Shelter party.... as far as the main staff, management, promoters for Shelter, i spoke to them that night, and they werent going there until later like 5ish, when the Lee party was over on the dancefloor, Made totally had control of the place til then, so it was probably just the bouncers there for the majority of the night, so i wouldnt characterize them just as "staff", at the end of the day, all bouncers are the same haha bummer you got that bad vibe from them though, i'll forward it to management and make sure there's a better vibe there for the next parties to come |

Everyone there was ed up, but they were the pissiest looking security people I've seen in a while. Even the door people, who really didn't have to interact with the drunks all that much gave off a negative vibe.
Like I said, hopefully they won't be as resentful this time. |

yeah i still work there and i do know him, we hang out from time to time, you should come by sometime |
