Well what can I say, what a brilliant night...!!!
Got there at about 10.48 just after Jeff had started spinning and watched him take a half-assed set of dancers and turn them into complete floorwhores! It was lovely to see one of our TAers enjoying playing so much and with so much support - he definitely deserved to be with the big boys!
LiL Ricky DJ started with a 1992 track (will remember it later) that killed the mood, followed by Madonna but then turned into the filthiest little bitch! Weird selection really but got to a great level that Manzone and Strong continued, keeping the place jumping.
There were some wicked costumes and by the time I left at 1, the place was MENTAL. Broke my heart to leave but I am soooo busy at the moment. |

Wow, I had a ing blast lastnight.
The beginning of the night started off a little ackward, I'll be honest. Apparently, there was a guitar player booked as well to play with the dj's for the early part of the night. Needless to say, It was a little ed. LOL. I constantly turned down the gain any time he went out on the dancefloor, and there was a bit chaos in the dj booth because of it. Played a bit over an hour, and was happy to see such an energetic crowd at the early stages of the night!
Thanks to everyone who came out, the support is appreciated greatly. |

Oh yay, a review! I didn't arrive until shortly after Jeff's set (which sucks, because from what I am told, it was rockin). I had a really good time, even though I was basicaly sitting down the whole night. I would have to say that the highlight of the night was the sketcbag who was obsessed with Cribby in his clown costume. LOL!!! He was SO creeped out by her. She would go as close as possible to Cribby, and tell him how hot he was. Then she would show him to her friends, or to random people, and tell them how sexy she thought he looked. I almost died laughing! I saw how uncomfortable Cribby was, so when the girl came up to me and told me how hot he was, I said, "Yeah...he's mine." She didn't really seem to care!! Ahahahaha poor Chris.
Oh and LOL @ the after party at my place!!! :haha: |

Call me tasteless, but the costume of the evening HAS TO go to the guy dressed as a plate of coke with his girlfriend as a rolled up $50.

hey i was there!!! arrived when manzone and/or strong was playing, a little bit after that everything turns blur :-) had too many vodkas.
i do remember dancing a lot and that they played -what else is there- wikked song.
i think to remember the clown, did not recognized Cribby in there tho.
Jeff, i went into the DJ booth and asked to some guys in there for you but they didn't know (or maybe they simply did not understand me lol)
talked briefly to Swamper before leaving. cheers Del, keep the good job!
i didn't recognized anybody else :-( oh well there will be time for that :-)
