You really need to see his sketches. He's good at what he does. The interviews aren't comedy, just exposure/publicity for his film. His style of comedy is not suited to interviews where the interviewer knows he's just a character. It's satire kinda in the picaresque tradition. Seriously download his sketches. |

I also don't find the guy funny. If anything, like his other famous character, he can make people uncomfortable. He's repetitive and soon people will forget about him but not after making a speech for a school such as Yale or Harvard though. |

I almost expected to see 'NOT' at the bottom. =D
Overall, pretty funny, reinforcing stereotypes and bigotry here in the US. Remember, most of the reactions are not scripted, but did take a little bit of 'leading'.
Probably my favorite scene was the bear in the ice cream truck. Ahahaha. |
