Change? There's practically nothing new about this trailer. Same game type, same vehicles, same weapons.. just prettier graphics. You really can't judge the game yet, practically nothing about it has been released to the public yet - only stuff we already knew there would be. Epic wants all the fuss to go with their release of Gears of War. It's not to their advantage to spray publicity for two similar titles at the same time. Once the GOW hype passes, you'll start hearing alot more about UT2007 and the new stuff that's gonna be put in.
