Mylo, a personal communicator that plays music and supports instant messaging and VoIP communications via services such as Google Talk, eBay’s Skype, and Yahoo Messenger over a Wi-Fi network.
Mylo is designed to let users browse the web, listen to music, exchange email and instant messages, and view photos. It works with Wi-Fi hot spots and could save people a lot of money on phone calls, especially those without cell phones who are comfortable using Skype.

Pretty cool, seems like a stripped down pocket pc. It's got a long way to go if its planning on competing with the treo et al though. |

Another cool gadget by Sony. However with the proliferation of cell phones (almost every high school kid has one) you have to wonder if it will compete. Pretty much any cell phone now can do all these tricks without having to be confined to a wifi hotspot.
I think it will flunk because of this. |
