what we ARE going to bash, today, is the culture that tells women that...not only do our eyebrows have to be perfectly tweezed, our legs and armpits completley hair-free...but now our vaginas must be bare as well.
From whence did this new standard come from, I ask myself?
The answer is quite simple: from pornography.
Porn now dictates the standards to us--PORN, which was initially meant to appeal to the kinky population of America.
My theory is that since kiddie Porn is illegal, those companies have to now LEGALLY produce something resembling kiddie porn to make their pervert audience happy, without breaking the law. So they make their adult actresses look like twelve year olds.... by making them totally ing hairless.
Soon the "pube-free" look becomes popular among the "regular" porn-aficionados, and before you know it, it's main-stream.

There is alarming inconsistency with modding on this forum. Not really the mods fault, they do their job. It's based completely on mod discretion though, there are no set rules to be broken. |
