of the mod ship that is...
I set out on this mission earlier this year to make some needed changes in our section and rightfully that has been done. To everyone who doubted that we didn't need a mod, you can see by my own admission that my intentions were purely organizational. Although short termed the changes made kind of reflect how NY and it's member can police itself. I want to thank you crazy kids for at least giving me the chance to organize some of this madness.
I spoke to Ian/Redeye and Swamper and decided that since we as a community can normalize, we wouldn't need an excess of 2 mods to run our section, thus I handed it back to Ian who has done the necessary policing job as he sees fit. Good example was shortly after I became Mod, he was the first to ban Marak5's alt for his comments. That's all the type of policing we'll need at this point, anything else I think we can handle properly.
So again, I just wanted to thank everyone who was behind me and even those who opposed the whole modship, it was with my greatest intentions to make this a more structured forum then it formerly was. I join you once again my friends and never did I want to hold a status higher than anyone else. We will forever be equals. |
