i work there for 2 months now.. food is pretty simple... for example honey mustard roasted breast of chicken on a bed of sweet bellpepper risotto is one of our main courses. before this i worked in a 5 star hotel where we used to do fine dining food. i had to prepare all the vegetables and garnishes, and the head chef would plate it up. :) |
