G F Allen Republican 1,157,259 49.30%
G G Parker Independent Green 25,968 1.11%
Back out to nearly 5,000. CBS apparently just called Missouri for McCaskill.

I'm trying to agree, but Missouri's cutting close now! |
Die hard folks can check here on Missouri:
http://www.sos.mo.gov/enrweb/statew...lts.asp?eid=189
12:50 Central time - McCaskill up by over 25,000 votes (49.1% vs. 47.7%). The Stem Cell initiative just started pulling ahead as well. The last precincts are the heavy urban precincts of Kansas City and St. Louis, which sway pretty heavily Democrat. So if I was a bettin' man, I'd say my neighboring state just got themselves a Democrat (and a pretty good one, I might add).
Again, I really didn't think Dems. would have a chance to pull this off. Virginia is the key. Have a gander here:

I checked the districts that were uncounted. A lot of them are in Loudon county and Richmond City. Loudon is heavily democratic ...Southern VA not so much but Richmond it is an urban environment ... |

"on the same day the Reagan era came to an end, Daniel Ortega is elected to office."

Nope, it's tightening in Montana:
Tester 130,686 50%
Burns 121,730 47%
67% reporting
Won't have a result there for at least another hour or two I would have thought.
Edit:
Tester 134,013 50%
Burns 126,585 47%
Oh god, don't this up for us now Montana. :( |
