i think your kick needs brought down a pitch. nice offbeat bassline.
the overall sound is very old trance. good mixing levels i cant hear anything out of place. although im listening on headphones but it sounds fine on these.
nice pad in the breakdown. i would change the synth on the melody it doesnt really give the the tune a 'wow' factor.
i think i listened to one of your previous tracks and this is an improvement.

| thanks for listening kane. i'm still messing around with the kick, originally it was deeper, but it seemed to lack some punch, so i brought one of the samples up. for the melody synth, am i correct in assuming you are talking about the arpeggiated-ish one? i will play around and try to find an interesting sound for that. thanks a lot for the feedback though. it means a lot coming from one of my favorite producers on this forum. |

yea the arpeggiated synth. id recommend synth1 for this. theres a built in arpeggiator but i like to draw my own arpeggios if their for my main melody.
synth1 is free and you can get some great sounds out of it.

| yeah, i never use built in arpeggiators, i always write my own. i have had synth1 for a while, but hardly ever use it. i'll have to mess around with it and see what i can come up with. thanks for that idea. do you think that the melody is ok and that i just need to change the sound? |

Hello there!
I'm Liking the track, i like the pad in the breakdown, and the melody, the kick needs some work like kane said.
I hear there a little disharmony in one melodical transition (For example at 2:43, it can be cause of my headphones, but i think i heard it right.
good production imo, a bit oldschool, but that doesnt mean its not nice ;)
