I was wondering if anybody knew who the DJ was today (Thursday) at the 5 a 7?
Why do I ask, well, simple.. Here's the story... I make a promotional house music mix, which I send out by email every month.... Somehow, he got a hold of it...
I have a friend who was there today and the DJ played my mixed set into his set, what a loser... So I would really appreciate to know who this DJ with lack of tracks and creativity is...
Please if anyone can help me, it would be great to know... And to all who read this, know that whoever that DJ turns out to be, he sucks, having to play other peoples mixes... What a fraud... |

Lol ok that post was a joke... I felt like being a jerk on this even tho i know its nothing to laugh about.
now on a serious point: Which 5 @ 7 you are talking about ?
you sure your friend heard your set ? he could have done one mix similar to one you made in your set...
you know few years ago, i did a mix with ferry corsten indigo and 3rd earth. a while after i hear this mixed cd they sold (forgot which name) and the dj who mixed it did the same mix.
(I didn't tried to sue their ass)
If i have a particular selection of track that go well with each other, other people could have the same.
now, if it was a couple of mixes now for sure he played ur thing... but hey, maybe (since hes not that of a pro) maybe he didn't felt like mixing that evening so he played a mixed set and went to chill at the bar. lol |

I will go next Thursday for sure, if I'm not working to find out who it is no doubt, that's not a problem...
It is the 5 @ 7 at Le Quartier "supper club"...
And my friend knows this because he played the exact same tracks in the exact same order... And no to splurge but some of those tracks no one else has but me...
And to be honest, it's not even the fact about him playing my promo set... It's just about the fact that this dude is supposed to be a DJ and he's not even mixing. If he's done that with mine, undoubtedly he's done it with others... So basically he's not mixing f*ck all... |
