naa its o.k..i was supposed to deliver furniture today..but used it as a great excuse!:p ..so actually i should be thankin you.
i think you were rite wen sayin that certain substances reduce your recovery speed!
but OUCH!..my throat hurts!!:eyes:

nitas dead a bit too.. u must all be wank coz im orate! thats why u should take ur vitamins guys, pills/speed can damage ur immune system (as i found out) so its best to keep it stocked up IMO thas why i have vitamins n stuff... a-z's then 800% rda vitamin c's hahahaha
then wen i get ome from clubs i have ginseng, st johns wort (to stop me being a snappy bastard while i come down) and an extra vit c |
