So it was a pretty decent night overall imo.
Starts off around 10pm. My girlfriend and I decide to head out at $#@!$!@StereoHead's%$@$!$#@ request to Stereo Bar to have a couple drinks and listen to some decent tunes. We get there around 10:45 and there are like 30 people there, but no biggie, because we like drinking and the drinks are cheap.
Opening DJ is playing some nice house music; mixing is flawless and while he's not playing "big" by any means his is definitely deserving of a dancefloor. Anyways the princess herself shows up half an hour later and has some excellent news to deliver (I'll let her spread it herself but props from myself and k8 nonetheless). Anyways drinks are consumed and good times are had. Fast forward a bit.
So Maher gets on and plays some sweet tunes. Superb mixing, superb DJ; dude is going places if he keeps up this sort of attitude, there's absolutely no doubt about that. But , I haven't even gotten ing STARTED yet. Around 1:30ish am, who the gets on the decks? Seriously, ing DESYN MASIELLO. Yea hay, half decent night eh? I'd say so. He doesn't drop a token few tunes either, but he ing rocks the small handful of people on the dancefloor for two ing hours (yes you ing s, until well after closing on a weekend let alone weeknight). Holy . I got ragged on like a crackhead socialist by my buddy Jules in vancouver for missing Desyn a stereo, yet somehow I feel absolved after tonight. WHAT A MOTHERING NIGHT.
Massive huge ridiculous props to Dirty @ Stereo for throwing the most ridiculously good Thursday night I've ever had in my life (and yes, this is including the retardedly good times I've had at Tribe in the past few months). Honestly I feel very privileged and I thank you tremendously.

first off i would like thank everyone that came out last it was really an awsome night very intimate and great energy from all of you guys. And thank Mr. Nadir agha aka the ostrich who provided the smoothest and techiest warm up that got the dancefloor well warm and lubed up for the rest of the nights events.
felt good playing that slot at the bar last night because it allowed me to showcase what i normaly cant play when im warming things up, big thanks to scotty for working it that way and always being a great host.... hakim, sean, sashaaa, verginiaaaaa, Erika, licks, kate and the whole crew and stereobar regulars thanks alot.
And as for the special guest hahahahahahahahahahahahaha desyn actually walked in about 2:30 the minute i saw his face i told him off with a little smerk on my face, cuz he was Late, lol and got him on the decks right away and then the party took off to the next level..... and kept going till well on after closing ........ he came he saw he DESTROYEDDDDDDDDDDDD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

| As the friend who ragged on ol Sean there for missing out, please excuse our boy for his foul mouth but the night must've merited it because Desyn is pretty much THE MAN. |

1st of all, a BIGGGGGGG thank you to all who showed up for my first promotion night :D Really, MUCH appreciated. You all can expect more fantastic nights like this one.
And to those who did not show, well, :whip: :p
Ahem.
So, ya, I got there and was happy to see Sean Walsh (thank you for the kind words about the night :)) and Kate; you guys rockkkkk LOL...Soon after, more peeps showed up. Nader was giving a tasteful warm up set, some nice techy sounds in there that I really enjoyed...Great job mang! :) Maher got on and did, imo, a really superb job. Mixing was pretty much flawless and tracks were off the hook! You sounded great babe, I told you that throughout your set but ya, I'm saying it again tee hee :p But you didn't drop the fkn bomb I wanted to you to because of the dude that randomly came in and started spinning at like, what? 245am? Oh yeah...now I remeber his name!

Wicked to see him again, with his girlfriend always there to support him, soooooooo cute...! My friends Sasha, Hakim, Sadiq and of course, SEAN WALSH were going nuts on the floor. Sweet times guys, really :)
A last and BIGGEST of all thank you to Scotty for everything, for putting this ridiculously fun night on, such a sweetheart, thanks for giving me this opportunity, it's greatly appreciated ;)
Got outta there at like almost 5am :o and was quite drunk and tired. Can't wait for the next one, :D:D:D
