Hahahahahhaa, I saw this video earlier today on my regular movie website. The man is wonderfully obsucre but i love to what lengths he's going to promote Laura Dern's acting in the film (which is by the way, phenomenal)
As far as the "Cheese is made from milk" I'm still trying to figure it out. The movie itself doesn't have any cows in it, or milk, or cheese. Not as far as I remember. I do know that one of his earliest projects as a child was examening the internal organs of a cow so this is a strech but since cheese indirectly comes from a cow's inside which is one of Lynch's major insipartions that led to his films and ultimately, Inland Empire....without cheese there would be no Inland Empire...hmmm, don't know.
