Im sure it does help lose weight if u do it for 30 mins each day. Ive yet to own a Playstation so i havent tried yet. :p |

OK, so maybe I over exaggerated a little bit. Maybe it's not HYSTERICAL but it is pretty damn funny at some parts. It had me laughing out loud some of the time.
