Don't do it...no matter how badly you need the money...
in all seriousness though, I overbooked this weekend and I can feel it in my body. I finished a seven hour gig last night and the night before i had a one hour gig. Today, Saturday, I will be djing for a five hour gig. My ears aren't too happy and these extra long gigs haven't given me proper time to rest and eat. I only at two meals in the past two days...red bull isn't even saving me right now...anyways thats my advice to any up and coming dj's and basically i just wanted to anyone to share their experiences such as this... |

Dont lie, you just want to show off!
Redbull only ever makes you more tired afterwards.

| You just have to plan ahead a bit and work out when you're going to sleep/eat etc. Power naps are your friend. |

Yeah this is it basically, but it still takes it out of you overall I reckon. I've played gigs at 1am-5am then a set at a day club at 9am and it was exhausting as . |

That's what the week at work's for - just take a pillow in and sleep at your desk. |

Not trying to sound rude but that doesn't really sound like overbooking to me, more like bad time managment.
Prioritise your food dude, you will need it.
Cheers
