What does your diet consist off? (pg. 2)

beef
duck
lamb
turkey
pork
rarely tuna fish (canned)
all in various forms, chicken almost always comes with soy and/or teriyaky(sp?) and is the main meat i eat
noodles/rice/french fries/pasta/cous cous(sp?)/bread/pita bread/baguette/buns
pickles
eggs
pizza
spaghetti bolognese
rarely a vegtable salad, vestables exist in my diet either in this form, or when thrown in a stirfry
snacks, mostly wheat and potato based
rarely a bowl of milk with cereals

no distinction between breakfast/lunch/dinner, no time table for them either

more than 10 litters of water (flavoured with syrup) daily

either one or two meals per day, very rarely three, very rarely not at all, almost every meal includes meat.


i think that's all, but i could be forgetting something.

I prepare it, my mom is a lousy cook :p It doesn't take that much time. 15 minutes in the morning. 15 minutes for lunch (Tuna fish is prepared the night before). 30 minutes at night. Clean up is a breeze!

Time management during my day is excellent.

EXTREMUM
Breakfast (when I have time, in the morning):

- various cereals
- egg whites
- whole wheat toast
- 2% milk
- calcium + D orange juice
- sun-dried tomato bagel w/ light cream cheese (my Sunday morning treat) :p

Lunch (varies):

- turkey on whole wheat w/ lettuce and provolone
- chicken cutlet w/ lettuce and oil & vinegar
- ham w/ swiss (Finlandia, preferred), and kosher-style mustard
- chicken or turkey wrap w/ lettuce and oil & vinegar.
- tuna fish w/ light mayo, on whole wheat (just had two, earlier)

Dinner:

- durham wheat pasta (Barilla) w/ crushed tomatoes and homemade meatballs
- breaded chicken cutlets (no egg added)
- homemade tacos w/ 85% or better lean beef
- stir fry w/ diced chicken or turkey
- etc.

Beverages:

- Poland Spring or Dasani water
- Tropicana Grovestand OJ w/ calcium + D
- 2& milk
- Gatorade
- Apple Juice
- Snapple (my treat)

Miscellaneous:

- sex
- centrum multivitamin
Ygrene
Hot pockets
Kool-Aid
Butter

Breakfast (if im up)

Cereal/Toast/buttie - cup of decaf tea or decaf coffee

Lunch

Sandwiches, mainly filled with Ham, Beef & onion
Salad. crispy ftw. white cabbage, carrot, mushrooms, peppers, cucumber, chinese leaves, celery, cherry tomatoes, onions, radishes, fresh beetroot etc.

dinner.

Mainly a meal consisting of a meat so

Lamb, chicken, beef, pork

+ veggies: carrot, brocolli, cauliflower, leeks, greens, mushrooms (not potatoes at all)

bacon, sausage, poached egg, toast.

white bread, too much of it.


dont eat:

fish, nuts, most spices, pickles, rice, pasta, courgettes, avocado, olives


drink:

too much cherry coke. fanta/sprite zero. ribena, decaf tea/coffee. occasionally water.

that's seriously d-res' diet.

i eat whatever is in the fridge. usually it's leftovers, asian ramen, or poptarts. :(
