Bears fans should be happy they are facing the Colts

2 weeks is too long for Belichick to mastermind a gameplan to wit Rex's head

I think the bears will be at the same disadvantage as the Pats were last night. Did anyone catch how the commentators were remarking how warm it was in the dome last night? Pats = Outdoor team... used to cold and weather. Colts = Indoor. Their skirts get ruffled if it is inclement and enjoy warm breezes at they play. I dislike the Colts and the Pats... but it seemed like the Pats just wore down by the end... hence all of the hurry up plays by the Colts.

I think the Colts will have the advantage in Miami, but I sure has hell hope to see Da Bears win it.

I wonder how much this game will be watched..... It's a midwest thing now!

I was more worried about the NE offense, actually. They're too good at that same 3-step drop & dump the ball everywhere offense that the Dolphins destroyed the Bears defense with earlier in the season. The Bears have a much better chance against the Colts, IMHO, even though Indy's a better team.

good points, I too feel the Bears shine in cold weather and I think it may have even been a factor in the Saints game. The snow was a nice touch. I think its a combination of their training (oftentimes in cold weather, no) - and the general feeling about "Da Bears"... cold weather team.. its like an attitude.

Who remembers the hallmark play in the '85 season with (god forgot his name) the Bear running the ball on a kickoff return I think it was, monster snowflakes coming down, being escorted by 2 other Bears who are fending off the other team, looking back to see if he's clear.. do you know what Im talking about lol...

Anyway yeah I also wonder about the viewership on this Superbowl.. I tend to have a feeling that it will be one of the lowest-watched, as much as I would like to think otherwise. Although, the Superbowl is in general a HUGE staple of American living so perhaps viewership will be about the same? Will have to be seen.

I think it was Dennis Gentry.

I thought that was the one where one of the Bears DBs just ripped the ball out of the receiver's arms while running at full speed right at him, and just kept going all the way to the end zone.
