i dont like that 5 HTP stuff. i bought some from GNC a while ago, and i took it before bed, and i was antsy the whole night. tossing and turning. it made me tired, but i was still antsy. it was like a very mild coke comedown:wtf:
and i tried to give it a shot several more times...same effect. |

Ok here's my problem. Over the last few years i did large amounts of coke, e, dxm, and large doses of 2c-e and 5-meo-amt. These have left me with chronic vision problems (i.e. constant trailing, movement of patterned surfaces, etc.). These have gotten less over the last 4 months as i stay sober. Recently, however, i have had problems with fairly constant jaw clenching. Does anybody know of anything to do to relieve this, or do i just have to deal with it? |
Have to agree with the second poster..... it's your own fault.
Chewing gum???? |

this isnt a thread about finding out who's fault it is, thats pretty obvious (the government off course).
He's trying to find out what he can do about the situation. |

Why are people having such difficulty with this? In the very first post i said it was my own fault. I was just asking if anybody knew of anything to help it. |

No, i haven't gone to a doctor. I didn't really notice it until recently, and it hasn't seemed major enough to warrant a trip to the doctor or dentist. If it keeps up, i may go to one over christmas break. |

I love these comments from the just say no crowd. I've had some of the best experiences of my life because of drugs and if you have some minor physical problems because of it in the future it was still well worth it. |

I never said that i never had good times on drugs. You heard that because you wanted to. I'm not preaching to anyone. Do whatever the you want, i really dont care. I had my reasons for stopping, you may not have the same experience i did. More power to you, but please dont accuse me of preaching when i have said nothing of the sort. I have kept my comments to me and me only. If you'll notice, not once did i say drugs were bad. |

i think XaNaX was defending you. as am i, drugs are kewl, but there are certain ways you can aid the physical flaws it gives to your body....respect to you for asking advice. |

Just say no?
I'm not part of the just say no crowd. The fact is I took drugs to such an extent that I developed paranioa and now panic when placed in front of large crowds. I find it difficult to trust strangers. I notice I'm much less able to perform logical tasks and calculations in my head. My brain has, without doubt, suffered from over use of speed, exstacy, cocain, ketamine, marijuana and LSD. It doesn't function like it used to.
Oh, and my molars are worn down quite badly..... because I now have a permanent clench. I use chewing gum!!!
I blame only one person. Me. The risks were outlined many many many MANY times to me before, during and after I made my decision to use recreational drugs. And there's not one person out there who hasn't had as much warning as I did. If you blame anyone other than yourself for the misuse of drugs, then you're fooling only yourself.
So I feel I'm qualified to tell the person who posted here it was his own fault. And my own personal solution to the jaw clenching I can recommend from experience......

I'd really love to know why you feel that it's the governments fault that this guy took illegal substances and now is paying the price.
