That is exactly what killed Aria. The fact is it was ONLY that. Aria offered big names. Never built solid resident nights.
I think you dont really understand why your statement is not pertinent.
Aria forgot to think about the crowd who doesn't go out for the big names.
Aria was a great club, I have great memories from it, but they made huge mistakes...and now they are closing. |

I have some of my Craziest memories at Aria, and have almost every Flyer from 2002 till 2005, the sickest line-ups u could ever get, I could scan them all and upload them....
btw the designs of the flyers r all pretty sick, each unique in its own way... |

That is a huge flyer collection from the years...
I found the flyer to the my first afterhours party ever :)
And it welcomed me to the world of EDM (I had no clue who Sasha was then, I went to Aria for the hip hop room back in 2003 :o, but did spend almost my whole night in the main room once I went downstairs) :haha::haha:
This party changed my life! :p |

forget just aria, that was my favorite night at any club in the history of clubbing anywhere. i used to see danny play 12 hour sets everymonth in nyc at vinyl and arc, but that night at aria was most magical and will never be topped. I remember walking in to a mazi track that was bumpin house and people still had glowsticks there, then he ran the entire musical spectrum as NO other dj in the world can do. house, techno, and everything in between
