Thanks AN. I thought there was more to it than that like the term techno. It's such a broad genre, yet so complicated to pigeonhole into one ultimate definition. |

Yeah no doubt I've always learned about psy and how to describe it using times of day. It was a common approach in India...
Dark (night), Morning, Twilight, etc.
This way of defining the genre is very relevant when you are currently frequenting outdoor affairs. |

I think it's a ing great way to describe the variations in style :)
It's easy to understand that pounding, dark, metal guitar ridden psy wouldn't really get played on a beach when the sun is busy rising ;) |

Exactly, more likely to be somewhat uplifting, and use softer or more melodic sounds and effects. |
