It is always better to get hard tickets since you avoid all the headaches of will call. There is always some sort of situaiton with will call for a big event like this, either they can't connect their laptop to the server or the scan gun is frozen up or your ticket comes up as already scanned. Do yourself a favor and get those hard tickets, you will be glad you did when you hear all of the horror stories on January 1st and 2nd in the review thread. |
