So I've been dying to go on a vacation!
and now that i have some left over mula, i was wondering where i'd like to take my first REAL vacation to.
so help me out.....
where have YOU been and how was it?
where would YOU like to go and why?
im curious to know your experiences because i'd like to embark on few of my own.
any recommendations? |

as far as florida is concerned.........been there, done that :toocool:
im looking for something new....and not europe, sure ill go there one day but it seems like it costs WAY too much :(

| winter time is the off season in europe...you could probably catch a flight to amsterdam for around $600 bucks..but if you're looking to stay stateside...check out the north west...seattle/portland/vancouver.. |

Some places I have been in recent years: San Francisco and New York City. Both are good for touring the city, eating great food, and also clubbing if you so desire. Delta and Airtran have great deals.
If you're looking for an inclusive package, Cancun is great. You never have to leave the hotel and drink until your hearts content. Cancun also has a great night life, many clubs to go to.
The all inclusive packages are very affordable and lots of other destinations have the same deals. And they also are great if you really need R&R and don't want to plan anything.
But I'm a beach girl, so the cold destinations are NOT for me. But I hear Colorado is great for sking/snowboarding.
Oh and of course the ultimate vacation....Hawaii :) |

San Fran is a nice place. I recently saw some great pictures in the c0r and the city suddenly caught my attention.

As far as Cancun, i wouldn't mind. I missed out on my senior trip there and would love to make up for it. The beach is definitely where I'm wanting to go.

Hawaii is AWESOME. A little pricey but we cut some costs with sharing a condo and a rental car (convertible a must)and found a great flight, about $575 round trip! Its definitly a once in a life time type trip, so you wanna do it right by having enough time off (9 days is about right)and not have to worry about over spending.
I have never seen or been to a place that is so beautiful. The beaches, the surf, the mountains, the rain forests, the deserts (yes the deserts, 18 ecosystems on the Big Island to be exact) the freaking volcano. I could go on and on but I won't bore you! But Hawaii is like heaven and I recommend everyone go there once!
