Lets try to avoid turning this into a debate about whether one should or shouldn't get a flu shot, like always.
Just putting the info out there for people who DO want it.
Pick your region from this list for flu clinic times and locations:

Needles... Eek.
Just keep in mind that this flu shot isn't the solution to protect you from all types of flu. Won't protect you from any flu strain that has mutated since the vaccine developed. |

I had to find my health card to get my flu shot by today, So I brought it with me and I think I will be poked by the nurse in a half hour! oh well.:eek: I have gotten every year, and if they are giving the vaccine away free then just go get poked mildly in the arm and it's all done in 1 minute (guarenteed!) Plus you won't get the flu!!!
I just got over the flu 2 weeks ago and it sucked terribly. It literally sucked the life outta me, and if you refuse to get the shot then it might suck the life out of you as well!
