| Yo, insider investor knowledge is don't buy Zune just yet. The support services don't even compare to Itunes, and as with most new technologies, the bugs have to be worked out. |

I have a dell dj 20 gig mp3 player. It is about 2 years old now and like nyce, it has to be recharged about every 3-4 days. Importing is a breeze. Drag and drop and its in.
Sadly I think they are discontinued now. Dell only supports their flash memory mp3 players. |

An iPod does act like another drive, you don't have to convert anything. iTunes is just a music player/cd burning software that interfaces with your iPod. Granted, you DO need iTunes to put stuff on your iPod, but you don't have to convert anything...and iTunes is great for organizing all your . |

judging by Zunes webpage, it's main selling point looks to be it's "coolness" not it's functionality.
"Look at me, i'm so cool, I've got a Zune, much trendier than an IPod"
looks like it has potential though. |

I love this one:

A great cost effective solution to ipod. I have the e250, and payed $120, which isn't too bad. Plus you can watch videos, and share photos on it. The miniSD slot is also pretty usefull. Definately give this one some serious consideration. The sound quality isn't that bad either. My sister has a PMP, and that thing bumps, the output quality is leaps and bounds better than the other mp3 players i've listened to.
p.s. Zune will fail. |
