Recording sets. Mono or Stereo

ok so i used to record my sets with adobe audition in stereo but now my adobe isnt working no more (i messed with the settings to much and now i cant reset so 2 mins of mix is 1 GB:( ) so i tried using audacity but i can only record in mono with that. my question is is there a way i can record stereo with audacity or is there anouther (easy to use) program which you would recomend to record a mix?

Reinstall your program.
Unless of course you can't because it's cracked. Then go and buy it ;) |

in audacity you can choose if it's mono or stereo or what ever on the audio i/o tab of the settings.
and on audition choose the file as 44100Hz and 16bit, so it won't take that much space. if that doesn't solve it, i'm clueless. ;) |

yeh that was the first thing i tried but it still does the same thing. i really messed it up bad :(
