But the club won't fit in his hand! It can't be O.J.! |

I think it's probably a brilliant maneuver for OJ. He can't possibly be tried for the crime again - So why not try to cash in on a book taking a "hypothetical" approach to how he would have killed her? It's bound to sell loads of copies, and will help him rebuild the fortune he lost defending himself.
I just think he's an for doing it and wish that the words "double jeopardy" didn't exist in the American legal system. |
He still owes like 30 million from the civil trial he lost. If he actually makes any personal profit from this, it would have to be under the table. |

Hmmm, I had thought it was substantially less at this point. Either way, ironic way to pay your debts :haha: |

He's actually been quite clever in avoiding paying any of the damages that he was ordered to pay. They got about 3 million out of him by selling off most of his belongings, but California law protects his NFL pension so he can still live quite comfortably, and now he lives in Florida, where your primary residence is protected from seizure to pay off debts as well.
What income he has besides his pension has been very little - at least as far as the courts know, so there's pretty much nothing that the brown/goldman families can go after. |
