Mixing software/sequencer

someone ask me about software for making mixes, but not just with live equipment(turntables), but also like a sequencer. i didnt know what to say, but i apparently found something that can do both called mixmeister fusion, is this what they're looking for? what other programs allow you to mix in this fashion?
and which are the best programs to use for this? |

the best would be ableton live...if you know what you're doing you can mix in it even in that "mixmeister" fashion...
just lay down the tracks and use automation drawing... |
