sometimes you just need a second opinion. i'm very bad at judging people.
guys don't hang around girls for no reason. especially beautiful, smart, friendly ones.
so the general consensus is that james (let's call him that for now) is trying to move in, even if he doesn't know it. i need to either go set the record straight or forget about her altogether |

Anyway, best course of action in the situation you've described is to avoid her - or at least make her work to get your attention.

That is the description of a guy who is coming off as desperate. Not enough information is available to determine whether or not it's too late to salvage the situation, so the prudent course of action would be to keep a discreet distance and let her make the next move, since almost any alternative would only serve to increase the perception of being desperate. |

LATEST UPDATE.
i called him about 2 hrs ago and he didn't answer. he just called me saying he was at dinner with his parents asking what i was up to. she called him and wanted to do something. so he's gonna go meet up with her at some bar and wants me to join. |
