Pretty much, if youre going to play WoW better join a guild and start raiding. The entire game is boring alone, unless youre going for ranks in PVP.
Basically, the entire game is about items. There is no story, Ahn Qiraj wasn't even in the original warcraft storyline they just bull it into the WoW raid schedule.
You won't get into a good guild unless you have a lot of good friends in it or very good gear and by good i mean decent at current content.
For anyone interested in what some beasts can do here is my neighbor who got me into WoW, a rank 14 warrior (highest rank you can go)
I think thatll get you more addicted though :nervous: |

i tried WoW for a week and found it mindless and boring.
the only reason i gave it such a long time is cause of the huge download it was - just wanted to give it a huge chance to justify its size - it failed miserably. |

| I watched a friend play WOW once. I witness some very pointless shenanegans. He skinned boars for hours & hours, He went on a quest to kill a walking fish head, he stood next to an person & showed me how you could "talk" to people... I was under impressed. I said to him that it looked like little kids ! Later that day I played paintball, had sex with a hot chick, went to a bbq & sunk some piss. I phoned him up that evening to see what he was doing & he said he was still playing the game & that he had finally reached level thirty something & that he got an epic drop... whoopty freaken dooo!!! |
