i went in with rather low expectations of nick warren due to many people telling me that he is boring. boy, did he surprise me! dirty beats all night long. i would definitely see nick warren play again.
but the most shocking was when i first walked in the door at 11:30. i heard prog and when i got to the booth it was joe manzone. for those of you that though manzone&strong wouldnt be able to tone down their tempo, damn you were wrong. i wish their prog set was recorded. it was good .
as for the place not looking very busy its because they had upstairs open too. at one point the whole main floor was rammed with about 100-150 people upstairs as well. |
