Frenkieee I can't help to laugh out loud to the way Martijn ten Velden is misspelled each time :) Sometimes it's Martjin, then Marjtin, now Martjen :p And no, you don't pronounce it as Mar-ti-gen but just Mar-tine (as in wine).
