you know, Canada isn't so bad after all....
Russians can murder their politicians assassination style, but they can't pave their federal highways.
Bolivians can sell cocaine by the tons every week, but they can't build a road that would save hundreds of lives a year?

i dont think you realize that Russia IS the biggest country in the world with only one leader so it's hard to take care of every single thing that is wrong there. It's same thing as asking for a brand new road somewhere in yellowknife. This is taking place somewhere in the north so its hard to build a 1000km highway real quick. It takes aproximately 10years to completely finish it.
From what i've read this is not a common occurence, usually it happens in the fall when it stats to rain, during other seasons it is fine
Also from what i've read apparently they are already fixing/buiding the road there. |

its pretty much the only road that connects people that live in the area with the rest of the coutry so they have to take it
if im not mistaken this is around the middle north of russia, basically close to siberia
