how to burn onto a cd

| if im downloading a cd from the internet, and its downloading at 192 kbps, and the length of the cd is like 75 minutes, how do i make the whole cd fit onto a cd that i want to burn it on?? |

No, 75 minutes should easily fit on a 74 minute cd. (No guarantees though). |
