| Has anyone run this patch? If so, is it worth the trouble? It is supposed to remedy the sound distortion that happens on some tracks when using the master tempo. |

800mk2. I just got them and noticed that the low freq somewhat falls apart when using the master tempo. I looked it up on the pioneer site and, sure enough, they have a patch out there that supposedly addresses this. Not sure if this happens much with the MK3's, but they have a patch for that model as well.
Which ones do you have and have you encountered this? |

| It's just for the newer ones - the MK2's & MK3's, and is exactly for what you said its for. |

I don't really use the master tempo so no I haven't. I've got an 800MK2 and an original 800 |

I am wondering if it really works. I am always a little leery of installing aftermarket firmware or any patches to devices that might affect other aspects of the products performance. I don't think that would be the case here, but wanted to know if anyone else had actually done this yet. |
