Problems with Portforwarding.

So here's the problem:
I have opened up ports on my router and given my PC a static IP.
Althought my router is DHCP enabled, my comp still gets the same address.
When I run a torrent program, and run the port test at
http://www.utorrent.com/testport.php?port=ENTER PORT NUMBER HERE
and it says it can receive incoming connections.
When I close torrent programs, the port is no longer open, or sometimes is, and I cannot host online games either :(
Any ideas about what might be going on?
Thanks in advance. |

Thanks, but I did this about a year ago. The real problem I found lay with the NAT / NAPT.
PF.com doesn't mention about this, and I think it should! |
