Find me the optical illusion that makes you trip

Someone posted a .gif quite a while back (several months). It's basically a bunch of black and white lines forming squares within each other and flashing repeatedly. You look at it for two minutes and then trip for a minute or two.
I searched and I cannot find it.

i know exactly what you're talking about, and i have the file on my comp...how would i go about putting it online?
edit: are you talking about a picture or a video? i have a very short video that you watch and look away, and everything looks like you're tripping balls...very cool |

I thought it was a .gif image (moving image). Do you have Yahoo or MSN so you can send me the video you have? |
