Extreme vocal processing?

Say you've got a smooth dance track with some nice male vox in it....

the current fx are like eq, rvb, desser, a little dly, and some light chorusing, and then compression....

what would be some more extreme things you could do to make certain parts of the vocal to make it more weird, tripped out, unreal, or synthetic....

does logic have vocoding? i know about distortion but am not looking for that on the particular track....

thanks. =)

make that "overused" cher effect with autotune if that's what you want...hehe

I've just transformed a vocal sample into a sharp 303 line...maybe you could try that...

involved dblue glitch, camelspace and some manual cutting :-)

camelspace for sure

CamelSpace, and hit random until you're pleased. :stongue:

YOu could use camelspace or actually do the extreme (rather than easy) way of doing it and do hand edits on FX morphing and stutter edits on the vocals. Takes time and patience but in the end, if you do this, itll sound better.

Cheers,
Zac
