On another medical note, I had a Tetanus shot on Monday and it still hurts where I got the shot. :(
Plus, they drew blood for labwork and I almost passed out. Awesome. :(

i'm convinced i have some sort of heart problem. i know i do. i've had an EKG, but it came back normal, but only because i didn't have an "episode" while i was hooked up to it.
i'm sure my coke use for that year and a half or so didn't help, but i've had weird little episodes since i was little. my heart skipping beats a lot and beating super fast to catch up, making me dizzy. and no matter how good of shape i'm in, i can never fully adjust to strenuous cardio exercises. it's weird. my hands and feet are always like blocks of ice, so i have poor circulation as well.
i'm scared to be super old because i can see these things becoming problems in my ederly years. :( |

hazard aside, I know someone who gargles with hydrogen peroxide. :wtf: Lemons work too, but they rid the teeth of enamel. Whatever floats your boat I guess.
I brush with baking soda after toothpaste. Oprah told me so.
Do pre-natal vitamins really aid in hair/nail growth?
