Try CBS News 880am. I usually listen to that one. They have traffic and weather together on the "8s." Every 10 minutes basically.

when i used to commute to and from NYC, I listened to these three stations for traffic. Their reports are all slightly off, so I could listen to traffic for my whole drive if I wanted to. |
