there is 7....10 min clips of actual gansgters/gang members, talking about their area in toronto....scarborough, jane/finch, black creek...
its actually quite disturbing to see how many people around those areas actually have guns, and what kinds.....
they explain how they are always struggling...what it takes for them to live...example...have to sell drugs and /hustle
all in toronto these are real people living in those neighbourhoods |

Speaking of this, there was a discussion on tribe about security @ clubs and one person who has worked door @ several well known nightclubs confirmed that certain people are permitted inside the club with their weapon because it actually makes it "safer."
I feel incredibly naiive thinking about that. |

I'm sorry but this is just a little bit too much. It's media influence like everything else. I've seen the docu a couple of times and it's just someone trying to make Toronto a little bit more 'dangerous' than it is. Exageration and imagination are the only words that come to mind when watching this.
The only way I can see this having any impact on society is if you thought absoloutely nothing wrong happens in a city of 3 and a half million, which speaks volumes about that person anyway. |

This DVD came out in mid 2005.
I've actually got a copy of the actual DVD... my little brother got it from someone.
pretty stupid... boring
Funny thing is.. a lot of the people in the video don't cover their faces. The police have used the video in invetigations which led to numerous arrests of gang memebers in Toronto.. and the video was used as evidence in court :p |

| I watched this many months back; the video got so cheesy so fast: it's basically a number of different groups in various areas of Toronto saying the exact same things, i.e. all talking about selling drugs, all showing off guns, acting all hard etc........ |
