Hi TA s ...
Im getting into vocals from now on and i want to know how do you actually sync your vocals to your project tempo... or if you need to chop or timecode something. Can Someone plz point me in that direction? Any tutorials, or anything... i can take care of the effects and all that but the timing. Would be really appreciated...
Thanks:D

well, if you know the tempo of the original recording, just timestretch it based on that?
if not i guess you could try use a bpm tapper somehow, or just put the vocals however they sound good :P |

| Layout your vocals in Ableton, and sync them up with a simple drum loop. Then if you want to change tempo, just change Ableton Live's tempo and export the vocal track as a seperate audio file(s). I always split up the vocal track into seperate audio files for each verse and each chorus, that way you can manipulate and move things around. |
