The one great thing that came out of WMC, when i discovered Mojitos!

ORIGINAL BACARDI® MOJITO INGREDIENTS
1 Part BACARDI Rum
3 Parts Club Soda
12 Mint Leaves
1/2 Lime
1/2 Part Sugar
SERVING INSTRUCTIONS Place 12 mint leaves, 1/2 part sugar and 1/2 lime in a glass. Muddle well with a pestle. Add BACARDI, top off with club soda, stir well and garnish with sprigs of mint or a lime wheel. MIX FOR SIX INGREDIENTS 9 Parts BACARDI Rum 15 Parts Club Soda 8 Sprigs of Fresh Mint Leaves 3 Limes 12 Parts Simple Syrup (or 4 Parts Sugar) SERVING INSTRUCTIONS Muddle mint leaves and lime in large pitcher. Cover with simple syrup and fill pitcher with ice; Add BACARDI rum and club soda; stir well. Add crushed ice to tall glasses when ready to serve. Garnish glasses with lime wedge and sprigs of mint.

| 12 mint leaves? Best mojitos have a zillion mint leaves. you cant count that , just grab a handful, mash em up a bit and stick em in there. more the better. |
