Cool!

Do you remember FunHouse? I really wanted to go on those carts. All the contestants were always useless.

And that show where they go around and destroy the house looking for something in each room!

AND... do you remember Watt on Earth - the guy who could ransform into anything?

TMNT was amazing, can't wait for the new film!

Is Funhouse the one where the parents had to answer questions to stop themselves falling into the Gunge tank? That show was cool! :D

Although I don't think it started until about 1992 I always used to like Playdays. I loved the intro sequence where the traffic lollipop would spin round and an anouncer would say something like "Where will it go, where will it stop?" and it would stop on a different theme for different days of the week. Funnybones was cool too!

Knightmare www.knightmare.com
Best kids show by far. It was way ahead of its time and it genuinely did scare ya. Especially the conveyor belt with the blades coming towards you. It was also hard - only 9 groups in 8 years actually completed their quest. ITV were nuts to can it for more simpler kids shows.

Enter Stranger.....

There was going to be a Knightmare VR but the project ain't gonna happen now. Check the knightmare website it has some info on it on there.

This wasn't a kids show but I expect some of u probably watched Treasure Hunt with Anneka Rice? They had to solve clues against the clock and used a helicopter to get to the locations. The cameraman basically just got shotys of anneka's arse lol.

This ain't 80's but by far the best show was the Crystal Maze. They should bring it back it deserves a remake.

that was Get Your Own Back. didn't the parents get gunged somehow anyway?

There were two teams if I remember and the winning parent won the key to freedom and the loosing parent had to sit in a chair above the gunged pool and answer some questions. For each question they got wrong the chair moved up higher, but yeah they would always get gunged no matter if they got all the questions right or not.

Andi Peters in broom cupboard/closet. The BBC's token black closet gaylord.

Knightmare was a fantastic it would be better if they ditched the old dungeons and dragons theme and relocated it in a council estate in Liverpool.

Playdays was also cool! That tree that grew things inside it was surreal!

Does anyone remember Hanger 17? The one where they did tasks and answered really easy questions and got amazing prizes?

The Saturday morning shows where people (over the phone) would control that thing to eat the apples and one Snes's and gameboys as a result!

How about some proper morning tv kids shows in the 80's

I can remember No 73 and Motormouth in the late 80's, they had Neil Buchanan in, also who could forget Mallets Mallet 'Wacaday' on TV:AM with the Wide Awake club :o
